- What you would like customers to do on your website, with the option to select several goals or ask for recommendations.
- Your desired website language: English, Spanish, both, or “not sure yet.”
- How much of a plan you already have, from a clear plan to needing help getting started.
- A description of your business or project.
How your inquiry is used
Clear Woven Digital uses this information to deliver and review your inquiry and communicate about your requested website project. The notification also includes the language of the page you used.
Security checks and limits on repeated requests help protect the form from spam and abuse. A temporary request identifier helps prevent duplicate emails when a submission is retried.
Email delivery through Resend
Resend processes the form information to deliver a plain-text inquiry notification to Clear Woven Digital. Your validated email address is included in the message and used as its reply address, not as the sender.
Open and link tracking are disabled for these notifications. The form does not send you an automatic reply or subscribe you to marketing.

Inbox processing through Google
Inquiry emails are delivered to the Clear Woven Digital Gmail inbox. Google processes and stores those emails as the inbox provider. Resend and Google handle information under their own practices; this notice does not set their retention periods or security policies.

Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
When the form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes browser and network security signals, such as your IP address and browser information, for this check.
The website verifies the Turnstile result with Cloudflare. It does not send your inquiry text to the Turnstile verification service.

Website hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and runs the service that processes inquiry submissions. It handles request and connection information in providing these services. The inquiry service also uses your IP address to limit repeated submission attempts.

Application storage
The website application does not keep a database of inquiries or save inquiry contents in cookies or browser storage. Form details remain in the current page while you edit or retry; they are cleared after a confirmed successful submission.
The application does not log inquiry contents or place them in page addresses or analytics events. An inquiry does become an email processed by Resend and Gmail, so this does not mean it is never stored.
Appearance preferences and website analytics
The website saves your selected appearance—light, dark, or system—in your browser’s local storage. This preference contains no inquiry information. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
The hosted site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views, referral sources, device and browser categories, and site performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. The form does not send inquiry contents to analytics, and no advertising trackers are integrated in the website code.
